To create an account and register on the Fawru platform, you must satisfy the following parameters:

• You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years of age or older).
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding legal agreements.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from Fawru.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details, and keep this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your security has been compromised, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

Fawru provides centralized boards and feed channels (the “Request Hub”) where users can submit:

By uploading files, submitting comments, or posting requests, you represent and warrant that your submissions are lawful, respectful, and do not contain defamatory, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.

To preserve a constructive collaborative environment, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Distribute spam, advertisements, unsolicited pitches, or bulk promotional codes.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or express hostility toward other community members.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, trojan horses, or tracking scripts.
• Impersonate any person, brand representative, company, or moderator.
• Publish intentionally misleading, false, or plagiarized information.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Fawru—including the Fawru name, logo designs, layout aesthetics, source code, systems, graphics, and proprietary software—belong exclusively to Fawru and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the text, descriptions, and file uploads you submit. However, by uploading content, you grant Fawru a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, reproduce, store, process, and distribute your submissions to deliver, promote, and operate the platform.

Fawru thrives on quality, productive dialogues. We mandate that discussions remain respectful and focused on product optimization:

• Focus on details and constructive feedback.
• Respect diverse perspectives; avoid personal attacks.
• Help highlight the best ideas by commenting and upvoting constructively.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, flag, delete, edit, or restrict any user submissions or profiles that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms, our community standards, or applicable legal guidelines, without prior notice.

We aim to provide a highly performant experience, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operations.

Fawru is subject to scheduled maintenance windows, feature updates, database migrations, and emergency server-side hotfixes. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or modify platform services at any time without liability.

The Fawru platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime reliability, accuracy of content, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fawru, its partners, employees, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the platform.
• Any content or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have breached these Terms or our community guidelines.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may also request deletion of your account directly in your profile settings.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued access or use of Fawru following the publication of revised Terms indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of those updates.

These Terms of Service and any actions, disputes, or legal claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operating Fawru is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
